I needed some touch up paint, I was helped quickly.
I called sturgess FIAT for a couple of engine pipes for my car, was promised an estimate via email. a day later the email had not arrived so i called them. the parts were on back order with no eta which usually means weeks. i asked for the part numbers(for parts they cant even get themselves) to be put on my estimate so i could source them myself and was told it was company policy to not give out part numbers.
After sales is awful. Have called on numerous occasions with promises of call backs that never happen
