I had a truly awful experience today regarding service for my Rocket 3 GT. They called me regarding g a factory recall. I took it in for that and also asked the service rep to reset the “service due” light on the bike because I had done my own oil and filter change two months ago. He agreed and I signed the work order for the recall. What I didn’t notice was that “seasonal service” was also on that work order. unlike other dealerships i have gone to. Great experience from contacting them for service, ordering parts, the mechanic who worked on my bike went above and beyond just changing my tires. I will be servicing my bike here from now on
I was going to buy a bike from them but if a bike shop isn't open on weekdays and half the week they obviously don't want any money. Looks like I'll have to go to Niagara racecrafters in niagara instead.

Had a great experience at Sturgess Cycle in Hamilton. Dylan and AJ were both super friendly, helpful, and took the time to talk me through everything. Dylan worked on my bike and explained what was important, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident riding away.
