Great guys, very helpful, excellent experience.
Purchased a Triumph Bonneville T120 Black from Sturgess. They have a great group of guys working there. Derek was very patient with my questions and at no point pressured me to purchase. Price wise, they had a great price compared to any other dealership for outgoing 2025 models. Delivery was smooth and effortless. If I ever decide to get another bike, I know Sturgess is where my first stop will be.
Dissapointed. Poor service and communication. After taking my information on a trade-in, they ghosted me and sold the bike we were negotiating without notice. When I followed-up they ignored me.

Extremely friendly staff they helped safety my Ninja 1000 last year get the proper oil filters and motorcycle stands for the correct application. And furthermore, this year they installed my new tires on my bike for $140/hr which is a fraction of what other bike dealerships did. I will be buying more gear and services here. Thanks guys!
