Sturges Fairfield is the perfect place to have your loved ones. The staff, care, cleanliness, activities and food are superior to other facilities. It is the only place I would trust to have the people I love live.
The wait time when somebody needs help is supposed to be about 7 minutes. They say that they strive for that time. The reality is the average wait time is over a half an hour and I know particular patients have waited over an hour. Believe me folks this is reality because I know somebody in there. Shocking reality actually and they know it and all we get is excuses. If someone needs to go to the bathroom or if they have fallen. After doing site inspections and talking to the staff at almost 10 assisted living facilities I chose Sturges Ridge for my mom, and I can honestly say, I could not have made a better decision! The facility is not overwhelming in size, it's "comfortably home like". The staff, from senior management to the aids are exceptional, offering warm personalized attention and hospitality to every resident. My Mom is a resident in this amazing facility. Sturges Ridge is a beautiful community with wonderful amenities and activities. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I can't think of anywhere that I would rather have my mother live.
