Our furnace went out and we have young kids. It was very cold! My husband and I tried to troubleshoot the issue. After reading the manual and watching several Youtube videos we gave up. We called Sturges and Keith came out within a few hours. He identified the problem in less than 5 minutes. He had the part on his truck and fixed it right away. He was in and out in 30 minutes. He was also very polite and gave us tips on how to help with drafts. I highly recommend him!
Keith installed my furnace about 20 years ago and I haven't had any problems. He has great pricing and is very professional. I would highly recommend Sturges. Excellent customer service
