Traded in our Passport trailer here for a little longer Delta Alliance. Great experience all around from the purchase right to picking it up and then we camped at the campground and while we had to do errands in Windsor we came back to our warranty work done and products we ordered installed. Amazing. Thanks to everyone , Mike in sales, Sherri in the financial dept, John in service and Braydon in parts. Great place to purchase a trailer
People are very friendly and the campground is very large with a lot of amenities.
We searched across ontario for our trailer, always met with the same odd sales tactics.......until sturgeon Woods. Straight up and forthcoming with details including costs. All staff were naturly pleasant to deal with and proactively helpful. The deal was 90% done on the phone and when we arrived everything was as stated. Zero surprises and zero nonsensical last minute errors. Keep up the great work and thank you.
Sherry & the team were very helpful from the minute we arrived to browse, until the end when they set it up on our lot. Would 100% recommend.
Great place to relax and take the kids.
