Called to book a winter tire mount and balance, but because I didn't buy the tires from them the refused to even book me in a space. Horrible customer service. Said that if they were used it would be different but because they were new and I didn't buy from them they would not Mount my tires. Even when I explained it's no different than an off-rim winter tire swap, they still would not budge and would not book me an appointment. Terrible service.
Terrible service! No respect for customers, no honesty about repairs, and completely unprofessional behavior. This garage wasted my time and money. Avoid at all costs!
I was visiting Sturgeon Falls and the heat shield came loose under my car it was flapping and dragging. I pulled in no appointment talked to Luke he fixed it quickly and efficiently Minimal charge Nice to know there are still kind people out there Thank you so very much Luke
Very rude, just stoppe and asked about tire pressure and was told " I will do my job before doing yours, get going"
