The guy driving this made a u-turn that cut off a 70 passenger vehicle. Given the conditions of the roads in Edmonton, he could have caused a very serious accident, injuring MANY. There was absolutely NOTHING behind that large vehicle, he could have waited. Gross. (01/06/26)

The Sturgeon guys were great to work with. They rearranged their work schedule to help us get a new furnace quickly when ours broke during some very cold days. The cost was right in line with the quote, and the furnace is running great. Much appreciated!

It took 3 texts and 2 weeks to get him here. He then promised to contact us the following day with a date to do the work. He seemed to be interested in the job. A week went by and we contacted him twice again and no response. Very poor customer service. We think he is too busy but does not want to say that.
