The Sturgeon guys were great to work with. They rearranged their work schedule to help us get a new furnace quickly when ours broke during some very cold days. The cost was right in line with the quote, and the furnace is running great. Much appreciated!

It took 3 texts and 2 weeks to get him here. He then promised to contact us the following day with a date to do the work. He seemed to be interested in the job. A week went by and we contacted him twice again and no response. Very poor customer service. We think he is too busy but does not want to say that.
My sewer was clogged and I was not getting any response for an after hours call until I called sturgeon plumbing and heating justin showed up to my house within 30 minutes and fixed the issue in no time I will definitely be using this company for all my future plumbing and heating needs
