Shout out and kudos to Sturgeon Bay Utilities ... one arm of our public works that is customer-friendly, service-oriented, willing to listen and work on solutions. Plus -- believe it or not -- we have state-of-the art online services showing real time usage and comparisons. Please know, good folks who work at SBU, that you are appreciated!
When I called the SBU office, I was impressed with the efficient and friendly customer service response I received from Karrie Anthony. She has my highest recommendation.
Stay away from SBU.. They will send you your bill and a disconnection notice at the same time.. They wont even work with you as far as payments go. We only owed them a little over 300 and was willing to pay them more than half and in a couple days pay them the other half. They told us that wouldn't work and that we were going to get shut off that day. No respect for this place!
