Rented a unit that was advertise 10 x 18, it was not ended up 16'6", i was out of pocket $200.00 for towing. Brian gave me credit for the cost of storage unit. would have been nice if he accepted some of the responsibility. point is make sure your stuff fits and get an accurate measurement. I told them i needed to store my car that was 17'. $200 lesson, again it would have been nice if he took some responsibility maybe could have offered a discount on a larger unit or something creative.

I've been using these storage units for 3 years for my boat. These are very clean and well constructed units. Not one pest issue. The lot is now paved and well lit. Snow is plowed after every storm. Excellent communication and easy to contact site staff. They offer both heated and unheated units along with tons of different sizes. Highly recommend.

We needed storage for our entire household of stuff while building a house and were so thankful to connect with Brian! He explained everything clearly by phone and the system for processing the paperwork/payments was a snap. The unit was reasonably priced for such a large size, clean and conveniently located. I hope we don't end up moving again, but would definitely come back if a need arises. Highly recommend.

Our new house is finally done. We used this storage unit for almost 12 months. Nice big units. They black topped the driveway all around which makes it easy in and out. Every single time we had to get to the unit, the snow was plowed very well. We thought for sure we would have some sort of pest damage after 12 months. Not a single thing, they must do an awesome job. It was very clean when we got it and I left it clean.

The setup for our storage space was quick. We not only got an email response, but Sturgeon Bay Storage called and made sure we got the email and assisted us in the paperwork process along with signing and sending it back. There new additions to the property look great. The location of the property is great to store anything. It was grab and go when we went camping with our camper this past summer. I highly recommend stowing anything you might need stored at Sturgeon Bay Storage!
