Receptionist Kim asked for private health information from a previous doctor, a HIPPA violation. Before refusing to take me as a new patient because I inquired where testing was done as I needed a new doctor. How is moving to a new area a reason for rejecting a new patient?
They will cancel appointments without notice. I would call ahead before you show up for appointment.
My appointment was canceled with no phone call, email or letter. I called the office the day of the visit to confirm because i had not gotten a call like all other sturdy drs do before the visit. I was then told they no longer perform the procedure and they can send me to a new hospital group. I had this appointment for months and had planed for it with insurance.
