Study Memorial Hospital is the worst hospital to attend. If you are sick and need urgent care please go to another hospital if you can. The staff is very unprofessional and you will be waiting there for hours despite your conditions. I had a nurse try to check my vitals and because the machine wasn't working she got flustered and told me I should be fine......really. Not my first bad experience here but one I felt needed to be shared. I came in having an asthma attack. I could barely speak, let alone take a full breath in. You’d think this would warrant for some urgency. Took forever to get any sort of nebulizer. I then had to have an exam done. I had a few done and can’t remember which one was being administered in that moment. Most efficient staff I've ever seen. Blown away.
0 complaints whatsoever. I came in 9/13 and due to my situation I was checked in and in a room within 30 minutes. My nurse Molly truly made sure I was okay my entire stay and any member of staff I interacted with had the same attitude towards me. Compassionate and caring. If I could personally thank Molly again for being there for me I would! Considering my situation, it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any hospital.
