One of the actual best experiences I've had in the medical community is going here
Dr Nolan showed absolutely no interest to help me when she was the on call doctor. I told her I attended the office my entire life and will be calling in a complaint in the morning about my experience. Her words were “you can’t blackmail me”. These type of people do not belong in the medical field!
I've had a great experience here. the messages that I send through my gateway are always answered in a timely manner, for rx refills or urgent appointment requests. A lot of the negative reviews are a reflection of the US healthcare system, not a reflection of the doctors in this practice and the accompanied staff. Primary care is struggling nationwide with the high turnover rate and not many physicians practicing, but the ones that are are trying their best while be inundated with requests and emails.
