I love my pcp and obgyn here in Plainville! It is a very busy medical building so make appts a few months in advance. I use web portal for contact because phone line is very hard to get through most days
I am bewildered and appalled. I came today to schedule an appointment for my wife for a check-up and fertility testing. While I was arranging the appointment with the receptionist, a woman—whose role or identity I do not know—intervened and interrupted the process; she asked for my phone number so they could contact me later. I cannot fathom such strange behavior. My wife is feeling unwell, yet they show no concern. It is sheer negligence; they truly need retraining.
