I really like my dr. (Silver-Wulf). She takes the time to listen to your issues and resolve them. The nurses are awesome, and the front desk staff are always nice.
What you can expect: - No communication with your doctor after receiving results - No communication with your doctor despite calling the office 3+ times - Incomplete and incompetent medical attention. Why was it blood not tested for Vitamin D levels? That should be standard testing. Should be a zero star. Very disorganized staff and unattractive office.
Please update your website. Most PCPs are listed as accepting new patients, but this isn't true for any of your locations. I called last year and again this year, and both times the person who answered the phone was dismissive and rude.
Awful experience!! Had a 4:00 virtual appointment with Dr. Chaparala. NEVER called. I called the office around 4:15 PM and was told she was running behind. How far behind can she be??!!
DO NOT ask a question or discuss an ongoing issue to get an RX filled during your free annual physical- they charge you a separate office visit charge on top of your free annual physical. So now we have to pay $100+ bill because he asked for a prescription for an ongoing issue. The rude woman at the billing office ( not the Dr's office) legit said " ok then we'll see you in court" when I said it was ridiculous.
