Patient care & concern is not a priority. Dr. Vardoulias will refuse to refill your perscription that you need if he hasn't seen you since he moved to this practice. If you ask how your supposed to get your perscription filled, you're essentially told that's not our problem. If you ask to speak to management, & they are supposed to call you; they don't care, it's not their health. I was supposed to get a call abour 6 days ago, still waiting for the call. Doctor Badoe does not return phone calls nor messages in the patient portal. Left a phone message with a nurse over 3 weeks ago. Sent a secure portal message last week. Zero return calls or messages. Level of quality patient care is extremely low with terrible communication. My first appointment with him was for a physical yet when he arrived over 30 minutes late, I was told he didn’t have time for a “full physical” (then what is the point of an appointment?) If I could give a zero, I would. I had the same doctor for over 30 years, and her father before her. Both excellent doctors. She moved on and I had to find a new doctor. I did not feel comfortable with 2 of the doctors I chose. I spoke to the manager because I was told I couldn’t switch. She was extremely rude! It turned into a screaming match & she accused me of being racist. She then sent me a letter stating I had 30 days to find a new physician. Probably the push I needed. Called 3 times and couldn’t get through. Third time was automated message saying I’m caller number 15. I’m not even a patient yet.. I can only imagine how hard it would be to get through and seen by a doctor. I’ll look elsewhere.
