I came to Salisbury for work and found Sturdy Mack's on Google. I've been here for a month now and Brock has made me way stronger and my muscles are getting huge. I love that he is there and gives you a one on one experience. He also helps me with my nutrition. Great people. Great atmosphere. Great gym full of brand new equipment
