Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Has this psychologist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.
I have started so many sessions feeling hopeless about my problems and walked out feeling hopeful, with a plan for making things better. I never feel like my therapist is watching the clock. An hour visit is a true hour, not 50 minutes. I trust my therapist to treat my sessions as confidential, and I always feel like he is paying full attention during my sessions. Therapy at Sturbridge Human Services has been a positive, life-changing experience.
