The Sturbridge Hotel is a win that keeps you winning. The clerks that check you in are some of the most professional and kind people in the business, Erin being the one who really made a lasting impression. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy with tons of channels to unwind to but I couldn’t take my eye away from the Courtyard next to a beautifully shaped indoor pool with huge glass windows overhead allowing tons of natural light to flow in and illuminate the plants that surround the entire area. weird place.
I’m giving it a 5 because of what you get for your money. It is not the fanciest, it’s not the most sparkling clean— HOWEVER. If you hate concrete jungles and like to be able to have a little walk by a lake this place is really nice. The price is very reasonable. The front desk people are consistently great. We’ve been coming here for years when we loose power with three kids. A lot of times they’ll wave a cot fee, let us check in early, check out late. When you need to switch rooms they help you out.
