Stuppy used to have good customer service. The company sold in early 2026 and under the new management the customer service is horrific. I spoke with the California salesman I was directed to and he said he would email me info later that day. The email never came. I left mulltiple voicemails and weeks later he has been entirely unresponsive to basic questions and does not return calls AT ALL.
