Disappointed is an understatement. We paid good money to be ignored and forced to accept things we never wanted. I was hesitant to leave a review, but after I came here and saw a plethora of 5 stars all posted on the same day I scrolled a little farther and found some 1 stars like mine. Dishonesty and Deception is so sad when an owner can't take negative reviews and has to ask for help from friends and family to help fluff up her ratings. Give your business to a place with integrity instead.
