Definitely worth coming to, staff is friendly, they assist with parking to ensure your focus is getting your workout in. They offer different class days in intervals of 50 mins which is nice way to get a work out in before work or to start your day. I did struggle cause I’m a retired swimmer of 12+ years that is out of shape but the coaches were so motivating and supportive the whole way. Will definitely be back, thank you Stunna’s team for making my first experience awesome.
3 years now. Every day training is different. Meaning never a dull moment. Stunna and the whole roster of unbelievable trainers are amazing and best of all...they care. Environment is very conducive. Most are professionals and all are very respectful. Outcome: Got my daughter in and I lost 60 pounds and maintained it perfectly. This is the one.
I’ve tried a bunch of gyms with guided classes, but Stunna’s Fitness has honestly been the best one in Miami. The trainers actually help you, they give real tips, correct your form, and push you in a way that feels motivating, not screaming in your face like other gyms. The classes aren’t huge, and even when they’re full, you still get attention.
