Weve had Stumpys to our house to do work a few times, which makes me sick over this experience. The quote was to trim ****** away from the house by climbing the ******. This never happened. I was sick yesterday, and Stumpys was late, so I was asleep when they arrived. I woke up to their truck in our side yard and 5 branches of our hemlock lopped off so that their truck would fit. Required a crab apple tree to be brought under control at the corner of my house along with shrubbery. The crew Stumpys sent out was impressive, the equipment overkill (ment to meet any eventualities) and the time involved was more than I expected since no one stopped working, it was because they just didn't take any shortcuts.
