Full disclosure, this is a competitor of mine. With that said, I have several competitors and get along great with all of them. This Franchise location has been a nightmare for our community. If you read other reviews, you will see a fraction of the issues pertaining to them taking reservations and being paid for them, but then being closed and not responding to the customers. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! They are closed and are still taking money. Shame on corporate for scamming customers. UPDATE: I called their corporate number and left a voicemail. They refunded my deposit a few days ago. If you happen to make the same mistake I did, you should also call.
DO NOT BOOK HERE- As other reviews have said-they are closed down and still taking peoples money!! I had to reach out to another owner of a different Stumpy's location today to have them contact corporate to get my money back for my visit tonight. I am so glad I read the reviews today versus showing up with my family at our registered time. The FB & Instagram for this location hasn't posted since April. Closed Permanently, but they haven’t taken down their site and keep charging people, and people are planning parties and having their plans ruined.
