I recently hired Damien after he was recommended to me. I wish I had hired him sooner. I made the mistake of thinking that diversion was a simple process and that I didn’t need a lawyer if I wasn’t going to trial. First of all, meeting an attorney at a private residence is a GOOD THING. Low overhead is savings. WHY drive up a lawyers costs?! Foolish. Damian met me in an office when I consulted him. He was very professional, proactive, helpful, kind, reassuring. He worked *VERY* hard on my case. He went above and beyond. Regularly. Cannot recommend highly enough. Ignore the hateful review before this one. Great attorney.

Damien was perfect for my daughter. He was very calm and professional in his dealings with her and she found this to be reassuring. Damien was careful to make sure both she and I understood what was going on and what was going to take place. Legal issues are very overwhelming and frightening when trying to navigate the system on your own. It was a huge relief once we hired Damien to take our daughters cases and the experience went very smooth and quickly. We consider this to be money well spent.
