I purchased an American Walnut shelf cover for my laundry room, and it looks so good! I hate white wire shelving, and the wooden cover hides it well and really dresses it up! Highly recommend!
I ordered a custom gate in oak to be stained in golden oak. I received a pallet. The cut out for my baseboard is on the wrong end and the wrong size. The wood is pine and there's an actual 2X4 holding part of it together. It's stapled and poorly glued together rather than screwed. It's unsanded and dirty looking. My 8th grader could have built something nicer in woodshop. Custom shelves are beautiful! Quick service and great workmanship. When I was installing these shelve covers due to the support brackets there was a gap on each shelve of about 2.5 inches was a loss of space and visually unappealing. I went back to this company and asked if they could customize spacers, sort of like mini shelves. They said they could and completed my request very quickly. Overall shelves look great, customer service could not have been better.
