Nice and friendly staff. Had orders ready and packed for pick up. I was also able to get extra items needed that were in stock.
If you can find anywhere else to do business I would recommend doing so. He has had our order paid for since March, and we still can not get our shirts. His customer service is horrible and his word is useless. Each time we reach out, we are told he will look into it and get back to us but never does. We have been dealing with this for almost 6 months for an order of less than 10 child's school shirts. Unacceptable!
This guy is a joke. I have had an order in and paid since March 4 still shows it is processing so I went the beginning of this school year to inform him I still have not received my order from LAST SCHOOL YEAR and that the sizes have changed and class color. Did that the day of orientation BEFORE school started and still nothing. Called continuously for seriously 15 minutes until he picked up (because voicemail is so full you can't leave one) finally he answers. Terrible service! It is literally almost a month that I ordered and still don’t have all my items. Owner is rude, doesn’t answer the phone or respond to emails. Never again!!DON’T ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Amazing service! Fast and easy to placed my order . The quality and price is also amazing , my favorite place for my kids uniforms .
