For our home remodel - exemplary from start to finish. This project was much more than just price, scope, and schedule - but of artistic design impressions as well. Meeting with Tom at the start for development of a proposal, there was a discovery/creative stage by inquiry of our interests to imagine a conceptual design scope for generating a proposal- through his professional approach, trust, and creative talents - our choice was made during the proposal development process. Quality was much lower than advertised. Nothing matched my expectations. Not worth the cost.
The environment felt unorganized. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Definitely needs improvement.
The product arrived damaged. Customer support offered no real solution. Left completely unsatisfied.
