Chad, Tim, and crew did an exceptional job addressing water entry into our old (1930's) basement and repairing the structural damage caused by several decades of unaddressed water ingress. They did major reframing, digging, grading, and repair to drainage tiles. Chad was extremely knowledgeable and pragmatic in addressing our issues; they didn't do any work that wasn't necessary, and they did a very good job at what was.
