When we arrived for our reserved (and paid) session, we found the place locked. After knocking, calling, and emailing, we finally got a response that they could reschedule us for later in the day. We were already on our way out of town by that point, so asked for a refund and were told, no problem. They never processed the refund, and after multiple attempts to reach someone we never got any further response. If I could give less than one star I would.
Clean, easy to find, and well-maintained with very attentive and polite management. We'll definitely be back; it's very nice not having to drive all the way out to Greenville for a place or this.
