Called to ask about getting a couple stumps removed that is of an urgent matter. Asked if it could be done tomorrow. I was laughed at, told too short of notice and hung up on. Could have been more professional and said sorry that is too short of notice but let me see if there is a day I can do that sooner than later. Not only that he answered the phone with "hello", I had to ask if this was Pell Stumpgrinding to see if I had mistakenly misdialed. Obviously not needing business to act that way.
