I am only giving one star because zero is not an option. This store took advantage of my elderly grandparents and conveniently "lost" their item and claim that my grandparents never gave the item to them at all. Giving them no return on their furniture. Not only are they out their money but it is simply the principle of how you could trick older people for selfish reasons.
