I honestly had such an amazing experience here. This company is very reliable, and the customer service is beyond excellent. I especially want to thank Leche for helping me so much through everything. She was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. On my first day, I had problems getting access to the facility and I was very stressed because I thought I was going to get charged anyway even though I couldn’t get inside. TLDR: Avoid renting this place. Below is my story. I rented this storage for 3 months because I saw it is new and I need a self-storage in KTOWN.I didn't have a positive experience here. Honestly I would move out much faster if I weren't travelling abroad. Here are the things that you should be aware of before renting this place: The storage locates INSIDE a building that has the bank on the first floor and the rest being the apartment complex.
