Had some trouble when I first started using the storage but after some effort the company got me into a better location and the customer service has been great

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and business at Stuf. Find storage elsewhere. 1.) Layers of dust and grime over all of my belongings requiring cleaning of everything stored inside. A storage unit is intended to not leave your belongings worse than when you moved them in. 2.) An inconsistent ability to front door access due to faulty online dashboard. 3.) Delayed/ignored communications. 4.) Attempting to charge a former tenant for an empty unit. Do NOT choose Stuf for your storage.

Chaotic at best but the spaces are large. The neighborhood is to sketchy and parking is hard to find.

Had a unit here for three months and then cancelled. Load in and out was extremely inconvenient. The price is barely competitive and not on the cheaper side. I’m writing this review however because starting this past summer they started claiming I had a unit there again. I have had to call multiple times to ask them to fix it. They come up with weird excuses and then say everything is resolved. Then the next month ,I have an email and text coming to me saying that I am past due; and it could go to collections. Decent, but Not 24 hr & No cell/wifi when you're in its deep basement location so you'll miss calls, etc. They started as 24 hr, but then changed to not opening the door after 11pm so you might get locked out with some of your stuff inside as almost happened to me! It's crazy as they don't even have a person there, it's an automated system so why not keep it working 24x7 as when I signed up?
