When I scheduled my appointment the receptionist remembered me and was so kind. The dental hygienist was extremely comforting with my anxiety towards treatment. She basically held my hand the entire time! With the dentist she took her time explaining the overall plan, selecting the most important issues to tackle first and hope to achieve my personal end goal. This was my very first visit and I didn't leave depressed! That says a lot for me.
