Stopped in on a whim for a jewelry change and post downsize. Was told that the piercer wasn’t available until 4pm. No big deal, offered me an appointment, I declined as it would have been a 45 minute wait. I asked if I could just buy the smaller post instead of waiting for the piercer so I could do it myself, which I have done before. The girl at the counter said no and dismissed my question. They tell you you’re getting gold earrings and you pay gold prices only for a cheap metal earring back. Gave my daughter an ear infection. Buyers beware! If you have sensitive ears, go somewhere else.
I liked it very much! Nice people, the puncture was done very carefully, it doesn't hurt! I was saving up for punctures of the catfish and it's very nice that they made 100 dollars, considering that there were two punctures, two jewelry and a healing spray! I think it's a better place to get a piercing!
DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH FOR LOW PRICES Their claims of “experienced piercers” and “high industry standards” are completely false. Read their website carefully: they require 3 years of experience only if you apply from outside. The catch? They allow people to start piercing professionally right after a 6-WEEK COURSE. Purchased an earring online and had a terribly difficult time getting it into my piercing hole. When I went to return not only did the people working offer a quick solution - they made it a memorable happy experience and I didn’t have to return my earring and get to show it off now!
