They are thieves. Jay Williams is the owner and robbed us. They were providing a weekly cleaning for my office. They stole an Amazon Echo. Jay Williams, the owner, did not respond for a week of trying to get a hold of him. When he finally got back to me he apologized and said it was a rogue employee and offered to replace it.
