​I booked an appointment here for a natural wash, roller set, deep condition, and a simple trim. Instead, the stylist bypassed the roller set entirely because she said she could not manage my curl pattern. She proceeded to blow dry and flat iron my hair at an extremely high heat setting, applying heat protectant unevenly and missing the front sections entirely. ​The wait time was over four hours just to get styled. I seriously cannot recommend her enough I tell all my friends and family and a few have stuck by her and she has restored not just their hair but mine and my daughters she came as an answered prayers after trying so many stylist here in NJ & traveling to Nyc to do our hair! Her products are amazing, i use nothing else ! She is the sweetest too and the atmosphere is always peaceful! I love when her sister washes my hair too because she always keeps me laughing 🤍

I’m writing this review to share my experience after multiple visits to this salon. Each time I have gone, I have experienced the same issue: very long wait times and inconsistent pricing. This is not occasional, it is consistent regardless of the day or time you arrive. On my last visit, I arrived at 2 PM and did not leave until 7 PM, spending a total of 5 hours in the salon for a blowout service that took about 15 minutes. I went about a week ago for a hair cut as a first time client. I made sure I went as soon as the salon opened as I have heard wait times could be long. I was extremely pleased with my experience and my hair cut. I also bought her entire line. I recently used it to curl my hair and I am very happy with the results. I will continue to go to the salon despite me living a few hours away.
