I have been going to Studio Z for about 2 years! I absolutely love the environment as everyone is cheering you on, the teachers are amazing, and not hard on you. You do not need to have any certain dance background required to do these fun Zumba classes. You will definitely burn calories and feel good about yourself after!

I have been attending Zumba classes at Studio Z for over 2 years now. I also attended Dare To Dance 6 years ago. Jen Zale is the owner of Studio Z and prior to that the owner of Dare To Dance. If you are a Zumba Lover like myself Studio Z is the best venue in Cincinnati. Jen and all the instructors are amazing!! I have been going to StudioZ for about 2 years. They make working out fun! The instructors are all great. I recommend this studio to anyone that wants a place to get active while having fun.

Such a friendly and welcoming fitness studio! The dance fitness classes are so fun and so accepting of all body sizes, skill levels, and fitness levels. I look forward to class every week.
