I went in with a picture of what I wanted hair to look like. Rough cut perfect length. Then she just kept hacking away. I realized it was way too short but thought maybe it will be ok. By the time I got home I was near tears because it way too short and no way to fix it. Edit: not sure how the salon would have accommodated. I wanted shoulder length curls when dry, and she gave me a microbob. My hair doesn’t even touch my shoulder when wet or flat ironed. And when flat ironed, you can see how choppy and uneven the cut is.

I gifted myself a facial for Valentines Day and felt amazing! Savannah was so sweet and I left feeling great and refreshed. I will definitely be coming again for another facial.
