I’ve attended classes at StudioTorch for over a year now. This is the best group-class gym that I’ve been a part of. These hour classes are tough, but cater to anyone’s level of fitness, and I definitely saw results that I hadn’t seen in any other program. I could not recommend StudioTorch enough.

First time at Studiotorch! Total Body Tabata with Kelly. I'm always on the hunt for new workouts to add to my routine. I absolutely enjoyed this tabata workout. Several stations: you go 1 min hardcore, then 20 secs on/10 secs off for 3(?) mins. Then, on to the next station. It was fun and challenging, going at your own pace. I like tabata much more than regular circuit/HITT classes. Kelly was great! Will definitely be adding Thursday Tabata (the only day tabata is offered) to my routine.
This gym is classic. Lots of heavy dumbbells and lifting platforms. There is even a powerlifting room in the basement. Everytime I am in Columbus I make it a point to lift here.
