Can only recommend this place. With everything included (utilities, internet, etc) it’s a real deal. The manager Angela is very kind and always helpful. Yes, the building is older but they keep it maintained and fix issues very quickly.

Definitely recommend for a student or a young worker. The property manager is very kind and does well on keeping the building clean overall. With everything included, (light, a/c or heat, laundry, etc.) living here has helped me focus on the things I need while not having to worry so much about endless bills. 10/10 would recommend Studio 65 to others as a residency.
I've never stayed there but I find it hard to believe that Binghamton students go there when the creepiest 50 year old man was standing outside. When I asked him what the place was, because of how Shady it looked, he hemmed and hawed, and then said ".... they're like... studio apartments". Not one word in them being student apartments, and not one thing about him gave a student vibe.
