My friends and I rented for 2 years and never had any issues. Staff was very responsive and helpful, and the places we rented were perfect! Both places were fully furnished and utilities were included in the total rent. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in Binghamton.
My daughter lived here. Angela is the property manager, very sweet lady but she's limited in her capacity. The rooms are studios with a mini fridge and 2 stove top burners. There is no oven. Bathroom was dated with no fan for ventilation resulting in mold forming on the walls. Maintenance has made several trips but the problem still persist. Went there with intent to rent. The agent ( Angela) was very nice. The building is nice and newly renovated. The rooms are fancy but a bit small and a bit expensive for the larger ones . But it is a great option for students.
