SC2958 - 1 Star!!! Not a mistake! Worst company I have ever dealt with. - I ordered a Keiser M3i in October and it arrived broken. I called in November and they said they would fix it right away. I had almost weekly calls with no return calls. They never fixed the bike. I spent 2k on a bike that I can not use. Empty promise after empty promise. If i could give 0 stars I would. I spent a lot of time looking for the right spin bike for my wife and worked with Studio Cycles to get one. After many delays and promises broken I received the bike we ordered. It was supposed to be set up exc for seat, bars and the legs. The electronics were supposed to be all done. When we got the bike there were missing parts. They shipped them right away but then we realized there were more parts missing and some not compatible with the set up they sold me. I bought a lemond spin bike on line and did not obtain a receipt for 10 business days, it has been over 3 weeks and it still has not shipped, they have not even contacted me yet. I will expect a refund or need to dispute the charge at this point.
