Best instructors ever!!
Studio610 isn't your typical gym. I have anxiety about working out at big gyms because I just worry that everyone is staring at me; but at Studio610 it's more like family. Everyone is so nice and they support you in reaching your goals! It's a judgement free zone and I love it!!
Truly a great experience. Even though I’m pretty athletic, I have never taken different workout classes and week one was tough. I have tried almost all the classes and coaches. All has been fantastic. Coaches are super helpful and the classes push your body and work every part in one session. (It feels that way anyways.) The best part was taking yoga on day 4 after 3 extraneous workouts. Really stretched and worked the muscles and prepared me for the rest of the week!!
