Felicia is so nice and very knowledgeable about hair! We just finished a virtual consultation. She took her time, explaining the products and process I should use. She spent more time than I originally requested and answered all my questions. It was incredibly helpful!

I did a virtual consultation with Felicia about my daughter's hair. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She provided a detailed set of recommendations based on products we already used and what would suit my daughter's thick, 4C, natural hair. She then provided a follow-up appointment to see how the recommendations worked out. If you are struggling with natural hair, I cannot recommend her enough!

Felicia is a master! We are foster parents and when we took on our first child, we had no clue how to care for and style African American hair. I was so afraid to touch it as I did not want to damage it.
