This is the first time that I have ever written a review, but Studio41's customer service is so egregious that it would be unethical for me to not say anything. The products I received (manufacturer - Schaub; all the same kind of knob but different sizes) were discolored - they didn't match the color on the website and, more importantly, they did match each other, rendering them unusable. A good experience, Denise Gonzales attended me, I made an estimate for some windows. She did a very good job, very passive and always very good attitude.
I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to about my experience so others can avoid having the same experience. We ordered matching prefinished cabinets and shelves to make built in storage in our office. They both came finished - sort of. The cabinet fronts were nice - but the side that is exposed is unfinished. The shelves on the other hand were supposedly finished but they are of very poor quality and don't come close to matching the cabinets.
