The last of customer service is so disappointing. Whatever you do, don’t use Pam as a designer. She is lazy and does the bare minimum and blames you for her mistakes. The manager, Rob Reed, isn’t much better. He is generally unresponsive and what he does respond he talks in circles and then doesn’t follow through. They have cost me so much time on my project.
We had a great experience Studio33. All we needed was a kitchen cabinet door replacement. Bridgette went about and beyond! Great communication skills and the item arrived way ahead of schedule. And it's a perfect match!
Very unprofessional and incompetent employees .We had the bad luck of working with them and it has been nothing but a painful decision on our part getting our kitchen cabinets done.Rylee was our agent. The cabinets came in with the wrong depth and some measurements were totally off. The finishes of the cabinets were terrible wellborn see picture below.
