Studio Wren is the only place I will go to for piercings for my daughters and me. If I could leave 10 stars, I would. I have only had experience with Kelsey & Cadence so far, but I would trust any piercer that Kelsey trusts. Making an appointment is super easy & convenient. I love that I know that I will be able to get in and out quickly, although I would love to stay and just talk to Kelsey all day. Kelsey is THE BEST in the business. I've never met a piercer so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about people's experience and health. She also picks the best quality of jewelry to sell. 10 STARS!!
Kelsey is a true professional at her craft. My daughter and I have both gone to her several times, and each time has been a wonderful experience. Kelsey explains everything in a calm, clear way and she is patient and kind. I will never go to any other piercer! Cannot recommend her enough.
I initially went in for a philtrum piercing but after a proper anatomy check, Kelsey informed me that she did not think it would be the best piercing for my anatomy. I decided to get a different piercing and she was so patient with me as I decided. I decided to go for a double nostril (one of each side of my nose). Went there to get jewelry for a peircing that fell out. Made us wait because she was booked up just to tell us she doesn't keep any extra jewelry other than what shes piercing a booked person with. She didnt even speak to us, poor customer service and poor business plan to sell jewelry you dont have there..
