This was my first ever experience getting a piercing (besides my lobes when I was a baby). I got a daith, and let me say Kelsey is AMAZING and such a sweetheart! She ensured the anatomy of my ear was suitable for the piercing, gave me plenty of aftercare instructions, was quick and precise with the piercing with 0 pain (and I'm a big crybaby), and everything was 100% sterile, plus their jewelry is so adorable. I will for sure be back, thank you <3
We took our 7 year old daughter to Studio Wren to get her ears pierced. We’ve heard that piercing guns are NOT the way to go and actually create more trauma to the ear. So we decided on a body piercer to do it safely and with proper equipment. We were blown away by the professionalism of Studio Wren. Our piercer, Kelsey, was amazing with our daughter. I lost the jewelry to my piercing and urgently needed a replacement. This was the closest place i could find and they had a great selection on their website. I called first but didn’t get an answer so I drove to the shop. At first I was told to come back at a later time because she had appointments. The second time I came to the shop she just said she couldn’t help me(empty shop clearly not working with anyone). Kelsey is amazing! She takes her time with you and is great with following up about any issues with your piercing! I just wanted to update my review to say that I've done 3 ear piercings with Kelsey so far and have had a great experience! She was so helpful with the placement and after care. She's actually even re-pierced one of my piercings that was done incorrectly by another studio. I've always definitely had a great experience with her and had no after care issues!
I love this place and the people, Kelsey and Cadence. They do all my piercings and jelewry changes. Just saw Cadence, and she was great to talk with. Added the 2nd piercing to my nose. She made sure it was in a good place for the aesthetics, healing, and any future piercings. Love it!
