I commissioned this guy with the very important task of making some tool handles with my father’s ashes. He completely deviated from the agreed plan and then when one of the tools broke in half after a couple day’s use, he basically blamed me for “actually using them as tools” and said he would not fix it. It was a heartbreaking experience. I wish I had walked away after the first 30 minutes of listening to him talk about his “mastery”.
