I used StretchLife Wellness for a corporate safety event at the company I work for. Gigi was pleasant, informative, and great at what she does. Our employees loved the stretches! Definitely would use her services again.
Great experience
I had an excellent experience here. The space was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy in the lot. Gigi did an incredible job with the massage/stretch. I was extremely tight all over due to lifting and feeling really tired and in pain from the tightness and Gigi slowly worked through each area and I feel considerably more mobile and less tight. My first session - I did not know what to expect. But, Gigi was great. She knows how far to stretch and she communicates clearly. She talks as much as you want. She provides advice, guidance and direction. I highly recommend!
Gigi is probably the most intuitive body therapist I’ve worked with. I have a sciatica issue and other back issues. Her massage and stretching combine to work through layers of stiffness and misalignment. My 90 minutes session was amazing. Loosened my hips, lower back and glutes while also freeing up mobility and tension in my shoulders and neck. I will be going regularly! Thanks Gigi!!!
