This one star is for Sadonia . She was unprofessional, rude, bitter, and negative the whole time . She started my appointment 40 minutes after the scheduled time , RUSHED my service , didn’t do a proper or professional consultation , told me the price of the service AFTER completing the service , she charged me $35 jus to wash my hair w/o telling me beforehand , was yelling on the phone being very loud and unprofessional , made negative/hater comments toward my hair and outfit , very ROUGH handed and aggressive when washing ... read more
