After reading all the other negative experiences with this salon, I am not feeling so bad about writing about mine. I am also thankful that I never actually got to the point where I had someone from here touch my hair as it seems most of them did not have positive experiences. I bought a $150 gift card from STUDIO URBANE in June 2012 with the intentions of taking my mom there for hair/makeup services (mother/daughter bonding!).
