It’s a lovely studio! I had a great time at the Sweat & Sculpt class. The instructor was super kind. ☺️
Studio Uplift is truly a magical place! They have a variety of classes-my favorites include Pound and Cardio Tone. The instructors are wonderful and know everyone by name. It's an inclusive, supportive, and fun environment to work out in. Jade, the owner, does a lot for the community and I love how much the Studio gives back.

You’ll leave feeling strong and proud and immediately sign up for your next class. So many options for classes, morning, noon and night. All of the instructors are amazing - so welcoming, and have some fantastic playlists.
