Jesse creates a warm and cozy environment for her clients, but can sometimes seem a little clique-ish with gossip and complaining about other clients while you’re waiting…she often runs 15-20 minutes late on appointments, and can overbook on occasion, which can extend your time there. Jesse has taken care of all of my hair needs for several years and for my wedding there was no one else that I would have had by my side. Jesse is absolutely amazing and so easy to work with. My entire Bridal Party raved about her ability to take their inspiration photos and bring them to life. Whether it is a trim, extensions, or hair on one of the MOST important days of your life, Jesse Smith is the one for you!

Update to my review from 1 year ago: Jesse has been nothing but amazing throughout the entire covid situation! Accommodations in scheduling to get us all in, respect for sanitation and stays on time. I can't imagine being in her position. Bravo Jesse! Jesse is amazing. I have referred many friends and family to her, there is no one's hair she can't make more beautiful. Amazing skill and amazing person.

I could not recommend Studio Undone more if I tried. Jesse has been doing my hair for about 5 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do it. She is kind, helpful and is so extremely talented. She listens to what you want and is so helpful when you need help on what to do. Her studio is clean, welcoming and beautiful. She is accommodating and flexible about appointment times. If you’re looking for a top of the line stylist she is your girl!
